One2One Sessions / Private Groups

I also offer one 2 one and small group sessions, which are tailored to individual needs and experience.

These sessions do not necessarily need to be on a regular weekly basis; they can be as often as you wish, ie fortnightly, monthly, or as and when suits you. I will tailor routines for your specific needs, leaving a hard copy with with you to practise between sessions and I’m always available to deal with queries, as and when they arise.

One 2 one and small group sessions are ideal if you:
  • are an athlete or sports enthusiast and would like to work with sport specific yoga to improve your performance
  • would like to practice pregnancy yoga during your pregnancy
  • have a particular illness or injury and would like a yoga programme to suit your needs
  • are new or returning to yoga and would like to feel more confident before attending a larger class
  • would like to deepen your yoga practice
  • would like to practice with a group of friends
  • have difficulty finding a class to fit in with your lifestyle
Sessions are normally 60 minutes in your own home, or another venue of your choice and all equipment is provided.

Cost - £40 for a 60 minute one 2 one session, plus £5 per extra student.
