My name is Helen and I am the founder and owner of Yoga2You.
And I believe that any 'body' can practice yoga.
No one is too stiff, too fat, thin or tired, or too old.
It’s not important that you can touch your toes, stand on your head, run a marathon or need to remain seated in a chair.
Yoga is for everyone!

I am an Advanced Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Slow Flow Hatha Yoga teacher.
I am also qualified to teach meditation and breathwork, and have trained as a Yoga Sports Coach.
I am a member of the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT).
Yoga has been part of my life for over twenty years, having first ‘discovered’ it through fitness training.
In the beginning I quickly found that practising yoga was a great means to take a pause and relax from a busy and stressful day job, and that the benefits were a really positive influence on my life, both physically and mentally. Not only did my yoga practice help me to keep physically active and fit, it also helped me cultivate and maintain a calm and relaxed attitude to life.
And over the years I have also delved into and now regularly practice breathwork and meditation techniques to encourage mindfulness and to support and boost my physical and mental health.
During my well-being teaching career I have worked one2one or in groups with people who have ranged from preschool children to adults (for general health and well-being), and from elite athletes (to improve performance) to those who wish to use yoga more therapeutically (to help them manage their condition and feel better).
My in-person clients are usually based in South Hertfordshire (Potters Bar, Cuffley, Northaw, Brookmans Park), Barnet, Enfield and North London; and I also offer yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions online via Zoom.
